Get the 5% rebate if paid before Apr 30th, 2012.

Solid Waste Management (SWM) Cess to be paid this year is based on your property area range as specified in:

Note - for 1001-3000 sq.ft its 30Rs per MONTH. So if you are paying for FULL year tax... multiply by 12.
